Limited Warranty Notice
Your Limited Warranty for New Vehicles covers the parts and labor charges for repair or replacement of defective parts, which begins on the date of purchase. This warranty is transferable to another consumer during the warranty period through an Authorized Dealer.
All warranty service must be completed by an Authorized Servicing Dealer, should your vehicle require. The Cost of Transportation to and From the Dealer Is Your Responsibility. Any warranty work performed outside of an Authorized Servicing Dealer is strictly prohibited. When requesting warranty service you must present your copy of the Warranty Registration to the dealer. It is recommended that you use your original selling dealer; however you may use any Authorized Servicing Dealer of your vehicle to perform warranty service. Should your dealer require any additional assistance they may contact the appropriate person through the manufacturer of your vehicle.
Removal of Parts and Accessories 72 Hour Notice
Montgomery Powersports is not responsible for any Parts or Accessories left after 72 hours of completion of the repairs. Unless otherwise specified at the time of drop off of vehicle.
Storage Fee Notice
A storage fee of $25.00 per day will be assessed 72 hours after notice of completion.

Safety inspections are conducted by Appointment only. Please call or text (808) 536-7023 to book your appointment Today.
Safety inspection appointments are available from 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday, Sunday and Mondays we are closed.
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, first come, first served. For motorcycles you will need your current state of Hawaii insurance card, issued by insurance company or a digital card provided by insurance phone app and a current or expired vehicle registration. No photo copies, illegible or defaced examples of either documents are accepted. For mopeds you will need a current or expired registration. For expired moped registration please make an appointment with us. Bring your expired or out-of-state registration. We will perform safety inspection and fail you on your registration document. Take that document to the DMV within 30 days. A second visit will be required to safety inspect with the updated valid registration (You will not be charged a second time if safety inspection is completed within the 30 days).
